There are two ways to find out 

 

the first way:

- go to the 'settings' app on your phone 

- then click on 'general'

- then click on 'about'

- then you will see something that says 'model name' or 'model' next to that text you will find your phone model or you can press on the bottom that says 'model name' or 'model' and you will see your phone model's name.
